30 Day Challenges

I LOVE 30 day challenges. I know it sounds crazy, but I do. They always target a specific body part, so I love to throw them in on top of whatever program I am currently doing. This month, I am doing squats and arms. For anyone interested, I am including both in this post. Now if you do the squats, PLEASE make sure you do a proper squat. So many people don't know how to do them properly and get discouraged when they see no results at all after the 30 days. If you don't know how to do a proper squat or even just want to check and make sure you have your form correct, I recommend looking it up on youtube.

Now I started these both yesterday, so I am on day two. If you want to do it along with me, we can keep each other accountable. You know where to find me. :)



Now I know you may look at these and go WHAT!!!! 250 SQUATS? ARE YOU CRAZY?!?

Don't immediately toss these aside because you don't think you can do it. TRY! That is all I ask.
