Quick Update

Things are going good and I am still going strong!

I am slowly getting better with T25.

I started training for a 5K and am doing a lot better than I expected considering I am not a runner at all.

I also started the Bikini Body Mommy challenge yesterday. It's rough, but not too bad. Adding it to T25 is going to make me one sore momma though.

My eating is still a work in progress, but baby steps right? I am staying within my calorie intake and am doing well with making sure I get my protein in, so I am off to a good start. :)

Long Time No Post!

It has been quite a while since I have posted anything here. I have been extremely busy and have also quit as a Beachbody coach due to making absolutely NO money. It sucked because I liked doing it, but I would like to spend my time and effort on something a little more productive.

I took some time off from working out due to oral surgery, but have recently gotten back on the wagon. I am currently doing T25. I am in love with it!
